TrailWalking

There are many excellent walks, including the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the new Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Walk over the Preseli Mountains where the ponies are still semi wild or the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The Elan Valley is spectacular for walking with its four dams.

Llyn Brianne and Llys y Fran reservoir are worth a walk and Bosherston Lily Ponds, on the Stackpole Estate between Stackpole Head and St. Govans Head, are fabulous in early summer when the native waterlilies are in flower.

The Teifi River Trail offers a wide spectrum of interest. There is also a wide variety of walks in the area near the coast.
