Had a most wonderful week in this beautiful and peaceful cottage. The animals being an added bonus. Have enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and would advise all to try it, watching the bats flitting about has been wonderful, also being able to watch the night sky and pick out the constellations and planets has been fantastic. Peace and quiet - what we needed this cottage gave us - oh for the days before 150 channels, two mobiles, two cars double glazing salesmen, cold calling and early meetings having to drive 2500 miles a month etc. To be able to hear the trees once more instead of the incessant roar of the main road - to see birds flying in flocks and not the 8.10 to Glasgow or the police helicopter chasing another joy rider.
